Dr. John Engle, MD

 

Dr. John Engle, MD is a licensed, board certified physician providing expert services in Biomechanical Engineering and Emergency Medicine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering in 2004 and his Medical Doctorate in 2009. Mr. Engle has 17 years of experience in emergency medicine and general surgery at medical facilities such as: Leonard J. Chabert Medical Center, Tulane University, Slidell Memorial Medical Center, and LSU-New Orleans. Dr. Engle's training and experience enables him to provide scientific opinions on the mechanisms of injury sustained in vehicular collisions in conjunction with NCTI's accident reconstructions.

Malcom D. Sayes, P.E., P.T.O.E, ACTAR

 

Mr. Sayes, a registered Professional Civil Engineer and Professional Traffic Operations Engineer who holds over 40 years of progressive engineering experience. Also certified by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR), Mr. Sayes is qualified to perform traffic accident analyses/reconstructions. As a retired engineer with LA DOTD, Mr. Sayes' career includes decades of experience and training in topics such as DOTD policy, roadway design, operations and maintenance of highways, MUTCD compliance, traffic signal timing/phasing, sight distance, and construction signing and barricades.
